Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Most EOR products are returnable within 30 days of purchase date (see exceptions list below). Refunds are issued upon our receipt and inspection of returned goods. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund. Credit card orders should allow 1-2 billing statement periods for refunds to appear. Credits will be issued via the original payment method less any shipping or restocking fees (where applicable). If product was damaged in shipping or otherwise found to be defective, a full refund including shipping and handling or an exchange will be offered.

In some cases, due to size, weight, or other manufacturer limitations, some items have more specific returns policies. Please contact EOR Customer Service at 1-800-123-4567 between 9 am and 5 pm EST for complete return information and instructions.

 

Returns Process:

1.

      Call our Customer Service line to receive return instructions along with your Return Authorization # (RA#) to identify and ensure proper credit to your account. EOR will not accept returns without an RA#. RA#’s are valid for 7 days only. RA#’s will not be extended or re-issued. Any products returned without RA# or beyond the 7 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2.

      Send your returned products back in boxes with the RA# prominently displayed.

3.

       For your protection, please use only a reputable carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS, etc.) that can provide tracking and proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

4.

       Make sure that all products are 100% complete, in re-saleable condition with all original packing materials, manuals and accessories provided.

5.

       If any original components are missing, this will void the EOR returns policy and customer may be subject to rejection of the return or any applicable replacement or restocking fees.

6.

     Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

MASSAGE CHAIRS AND RECLINERS
Once your chair has been delivered, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund minus shipping, handling and setup charges, subject to the following conditions:

EOR will retain $450 for the initial outbound full service shipping, handling and setup charges in delivery of your chair.

Please follow all EOR standard procedures for obtaining a RA number before returning your chair. Please see Returns info here. Any returned products received without proper RA# will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Return your chair in all original packing. PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS IF YOU WANT TO USE THE 30 DAY RETURN OPTION. DO NOT LET YOUR DELIVERY PROVIDER REMOVE THESE ITEMS FROM YOUR HOME. The original packing materials are costly and shipping replacement boxes and materials is, as well.

Your return must include all of original contents you received with your chair including: internal packing and buffer materials, manuals, accessories, power cords, tools, etc. If any of the original contents are not returned, you are subject to the cost of those items being deducted from your refund.

The chair must be returned in “LIKE NEW” condition. Any reconditioning or recovery required to restore the chair upon return will be charged back to you if the chair has been damaged, soiled or mishandled in shipping.

Any chair shipped to, used in or shipped from a business address is not eligible for return. Any business or commercial use voids the 30 day return policy.

Any damages to the chair not reported to EOR upon original receipt voids the 30 day return policy. Damages or malfunction caused by pets will void the 30 day return policy. Any cost to repair damages that occur in return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ADJUSTABLE BED FRAMES, FOUNDATIONS, ELECTRIC BASES
Other than defective replacements, these items are not eligible for 30 day returns. Please speak with EOR Customer Service for any questions on these items.

BEDDING
Due to health code restrictions limiting the resale of certain bedding items, sheet, pillows, mattress covers and protectors and other personal bedding items can not be returned.

GIFT CARDS
EOR Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only purchased online or at participating retail outlets or showrooms. They may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any credit card or account. EOR Gift Cards may be given in lieu of a credit or proof of purchase return from another payment method. Please protect Gift Cards like cash; bearer is responsible for cards lost or stolen.

CLEARANCE, SALE OR SEASONAL ITEMS
Clearance, Sale or Seasonal items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Availability of these items is often limited and order volume may exceed fulfillment capacity. As such, EOR may be forced to cancel certain orders after they have been accepted online. We apologize for your inconvenience in these situations.

PRICE ACCURACY
We try our best to make sure that all product descriptions and pricing are always accurate on our website, however errors sometimes occur. We reserve the right to make corrections to, cancel or refuse to accept any order based on incorrect price or description information, even after a transaction has occurred. We will do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied with a reasonable alternative, cancelled transaction and/or refund in these situations.
